JOB SUMMARY
Looking for an Information Systems (IS) Business Analyst/Project Manager, preferably with a strong Finance background, who can apply this experience in defining and leading IT projects. The successful candidate will be a member of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team supporting the worldwide Finance user base. The preferred candidate is someone who has the desire to analyze complex situations and implement solutions for a multi-billion dollar company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
System Analysis/Design:
The candidate must have broad experiences in various functional areas, system platforms, and technologies, i.e., Web applications, ERP systems, CRM systems, data warehousing, database, or be able to learn quickly in order to understand business process, user requirements, and propose feasible design solutions.

During the design phase, the candidate should be able to perform business process re-engineering to streamline the process flow and/or consolidate duplicate systems whenever possible. Experience with process flow and data flow diagramming and other analysis tools is required.

Verbal/Written Communication:
The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. He/she should be able to conduct group meetings, provide project updates, write functional and technical documents describing all elements of software & applications (including project charter, project plan, functional requirement document, user stories, acceptance criteria), and interact with stakeholders to gather requirements/feedbacks and communicate to the development team.

Project Management:
The candidate must have strong people skills, influencing skills, and project management skills to manage projects of various sizes with complex requirements and interact with stakeholders and communicate business requirements to IT functional and technical staff. The candidate must be familiar with all stages of the system development life cycle and understand the deliverables in each stage. The candidate will utilize various project management approaches, tools, and methodologies to optimize the results. Experience with MS Project and Azure DevOps is desirable. Must be pro-active and drive projects to completion while maintaining the expectations of the various stakeholders. Familiar with the Software development life cycle (SDLC) as it pertains to delivering software solutions and Agile development methodology.

Testing and Support:
The candidate must be willing and have ability to test the solutions being developed, work with end users to conduct User Acceptance Testing and get feedbacks, also must be able to support the application after go-live and work with the development team on continuous improvements.

Technical Knowledge:
He/she should also have sufficient Web technical background to communicate to Analysts/Software Developers in the U.S. and India efficiently and effectively. Knowledge and experience in Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaAcript, JSON, .NET), Interfaces and Databases is a plus.
